Since 2007, Sunset Pilates Bali has been dedicated to developing knowledgeable, confident, and adaptable Pilates instructors. Through immersive education, experienced mentorship, and small class sizes, our programs attract students from around the world seeking a professional career in Pilates.
4-WEEK IMMERSIVE TEACHER TRAINING
Designed for students seeking an accelerated and immersive learning experience, this intensive program combines functional anatomy, movement science, Mat and Reformer training, and supervised teaching practice.
Taught by Master Instructor Saria Bartholomew
6-MONTH COMPREHENSIVE TEACHER TRAINING
Designed for students who prefer a more gradual pace, this extended program provides comprehensive Pilates education while allowing greater flexibility alongside work and personal commitments.
Taught by Master Instructor Nancy Wuisan
