Course Cancellation by Sunset Pilates Bali

Sunset Pilates Bali reserves the right to cancel or postpone a course due to insufficient enrollment, instructor illness, force majeure, government restrictions, natural disasters, or other circumstances beyond its reasonable control.

Every reasonable effort will be made to provide students with as much notice as possible.

If a course is cancelled by Sunset Pilates Bali, students may choose to:

  • Transfer to the next available course at no cost, or
  • Receive a full refund of all tuition and deposit payments made.

Sunset Pilates Bali is not responsible for airfare, accommodation, visa expenses, travel insurance, or any other costs incurred by students.

Students are strongly encouraged to purchase comprehensive travel insurance to protect against unforeseen cancellations, travel disruptions, illness, and other unexpected events.

Deposit Policy

A non-refundable deposit of 17.75 million IDR is required to reserve a place in the course. Your place is not confirmed until the deposit has been received.

The deposit is non-refundable under all circumstances, including student cancellation, withdrawal, illness, visa issues, travel disruptions, or inability to attend.

Student Cancellation Policy

Students who need to withdraw due to a documented medical emergency or other serious unforeseen circumstance must notify Sunset Pilates Bali in writing as soon as reasonably possible.

Requests received 60 days or more before the course start date may receive a refund of tuition already paid, excluding the non-refundable deposit.

Requests received less than 60 days before the course start date are not eligible for a refund.

Course Transfer / Rescheduling Policy

Students may request to transfer their enrollment to a future course, subject to availability and approval by Sunset Pilates Bali.

Transfer requests must be submitted in writing at least 60 days before the scheduled course start date.

Approved transfers are subject to a 3 million IDR administrative transfer fee and may only be used once. The original non-refundable deposit will be applied to the new course.

Transfers are subject to available space in the requested course and are not guaranteed.

The transferred enrollment must be used within 12 months of the original course start date.

Additional transfer requests or repeated postponements will require a new registration and deposit.

Attendance Policy

Students are expected to attend all scheduled in-class sessions.

Any absences must be discussed with the Master Instructor. Additional assignments or make-up work may be required at the instructor's discretion.

Significant absences may affect eligibility to complete the program or sit for the final examination.

Photography & Media

Photographs and videos may be taken during the course for educational and promotional purposes.

Students who do not wish to appear in marketing materials should notify Sunset Pilates Bali in writing before the course begins.

Force Majeure

Sunset Pilates Bali shall not be liable for delays, cancellations, schedule changes, or other disruptions resulting from circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including natural disasters, pandemics, government restrictions, civil unrest, or other force majeure events.
